Spirit Of The Age - Jazz Age Garden Party

It's summer in the Cotswold hills. The morning air is fresh, warm and sweet-smelling, the setting is a historic stately home built of mellow limestone. Guests are arriving.

Motoring guests have journeyed across the Cotswold hills, revelling in the fast, undulating tree-lined roads, and dozens of gleaming cars are parked on the huge lawn, hot metal clicking as it cools from the thrill of the open road.

Jazz bands play the latest 1930s arrangements, and all the guests look wonderful in their Jazz Age fashions.
Our party is about to begin.
